At Proto Clo Clothing, we want you to love what you ordered. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Items that are damaged, washed, or altered may not be accepted.

Undergarments, swimwear, or earrings (for hygiene reasons)
How to Request a Return
To start a return, please contact us at protoclo50@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
We will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you by email.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within [5–10 business days].

Shipping charges (original or return) are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us to check availability. Exchanges are subject to the same return conditions.
